1. Sponsor

The CARMONA’S PRIVATE SALE Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Carmona’s Appliance and Mattress Center, located at 2330 Churn Creek Rd, Redding, CA 96002 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Shasta, Tehama, and Siskiyou Counties, California, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Carmona’s Appliance and Mattress Center and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is void outside the listed counties and where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. PDT on March 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT on March 19, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, visit https://www.hostpage.co/j48ctn and follow the instructions to submit your first name and valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per email address. Automated, duplicate, or bulk entries will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about March 20, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

Potential winners will be notified by email, using the address provided at entry. Winner(s) must claim their prize in person at Carmona’s Appliance and Mattress Center, 2330 Churn Creek Rd, Redding, CA 96002 within the time period specified in the notification email. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional, advertising, or other purposes in any media worldwide, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; technical errors; or any other issues beyond its reasonable control.

9. Disputes

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

10. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policies and applicable law.
